The TRX Trainer Basics Course provides an introduction to TRX Suspension Training. Participants will learn correct set up and anchoring configuration, basic use and principles of progression to be able to modify exercises for all fitness levels.
This is a self-paced course. We recommend that you dedicate at least 3 hours of study and practical time on the TRX Suspension Trainer to have a foundation of the course exercises. We also recommend taking a live course to learn the full benefits of TRX Suspension Training and experience hands on training.
